01

Information We Collect

We may collect information including:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and login details.
  • Workout, fitness, and progression data.
  • Body measurements, goals, injuries, and training preferences.
  • Subscription and payment information processed through third-party providers.
  • Content you choose to upload or share.
  • Technical and device information required to operate the service securely.
02

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the daPumpClub platform.
  • Deliver personalized training experiences and progression tracking.
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and authentication.
  • Provide support and communicate important service updates.
  • Send optional marketing emails and newsletters.
  • Maintain platform security and prevent abuse.
03

Functional Usage Analytics

When enabled for your account, daPumpClub may collect a small, first-party set of authenticated functional events so we can understand whether important screens and training actions work, including after offline use. These events do not contain your name, email address, username, workout values, selected client, raw page address, advertising identifier, or a device or session identifier.

Pending events may be held in a separate protected browser queue for no more than seven days and are reduced by our server into privacy-controlled statistics rather than a per-user event history. They are not used for advertising, individual profiling, automated decisions, or coach assessment. You can object at any time by switching off Functional usage analytics in Profile. This stops new capture immediately and clears the local analytics queue. Security login and audit records are separate.

04

Third-Party Services

daPumpClub may use trusted third-party services including payment providers, authentication providers, cloud hosting, and analytics services. These providers may process limited data as required to deliver their services.

Google sign-in

When Google sign-in is available, our sign-in pages load Google's sign-in service. If you choose it, Google confirms your identity and shares your account identifier, email address and name with us. We use the identifier to connect your sign-in method to your daPumpClub account and retain the email shown for that connection. Your name can prefill registration; Google profile images are not imported.

We do not receive your Google password or request access to Google Drive, Calendar or other account content. You can manage the connection in Profile under Sign-in methods. Set a password before disconnecting Google if it is your only sign-in method. Google processes sign-in interactions under its Privacy Policy.

05

Health & Fitness Information

Fitness and health-related information you provide is used solely to support your training experience within the platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, daPumpClub is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

06

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

07

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information.
